Do you know of a SEARCA graduate alumni who has made an outstanding contribution in their profession, or their community or to Society at large? If you think they deserve recognition for their work and their outstanding contribution, nominate them now! Eligibility To qualify for the award, the nominees must satisfy all of the following overall criteria: 1. Graduated with MS/PhD through the SEARCA Graduate Scholarship Program; 2. Living (there will be no posthumous awards); 3. Nominated by either an individual (other than the nominee), or an organization, institution and/or alumni association; and 4. Must neither be SEARCA employees at present, nor their relatives up to the second degree; Award Categories SEARCA will choose awardees for the following categories: 1. Teaching 2. Research 3. Public service/ Policy-making 4. NGO/ Advocacy 5. Private Sector/Agribusiness Entrepreneurship

Nomination procedure Submit an accomplished nomination form together with an executive summary of the outstanding achievements of the nominee, not to exceed two (2) pages, with supporting statement about how the nominee merits the Outstanding SEARCA Scholarship Alumni award. E-copies of nomination forms and supporting documents should be emailed in advance tooutstanding_searca_alumni@searca.org not later than 30 July 2015 but printed copies must be subsequently delivered by courier to: Outstanding SEARCA Scholarship Alumni Selection Committee |
