CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
HOKKAIDO SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Finances
Ø Scholarship: HU offer scholarship of 70,000 yen for 2-3 students per each consortium university for those who is willing to complete PARE Short Program (1 credit of Introduction to PARE I ~ IV + 3 credits of PARE Summer School)
Ø Air ticket will NOT be provided
Ø Dormitory can be secured for those who applied through HSI website at lower cost
Status
Status of Special Auditor will be given at HU for those who are admitted. 2 credits (PARE Field Work Training I for PARE: Population-Activities-Resources-Environments Chain) and 1 credit (Seminar I for PARE: Population-Activities-Resources-Environments Chain), a total of 3 credits will be officially given after successful completion of the school.

General Requirements
1. Master Students
2. English ability:
a. A TOEIC score of at least 740,
b. TOEFL(ITP/iBT/CBT) scores of at least 500/80/213,
c. A IELTS score of at least 6, or
d. Other English certification that is equal/similar to the above
3. Minimum GPA 3.25 on 4 point
4. Recommendation letter from supervisor
5. Submit application form
