2023 CLSU-UC-SEARCA International Summer Short-term Program

2023 CLSU-UC-SEARCA International Summer Short-term Program, which will be held in full F2F mode from 23 July to 1 August 2023. Place: Central Luzon State University, Philippines

This program aims to offer an intensive training experience for eligible graduate students interested in the sustainability areas of freshwater aquaculture, goat production, and mushroom pharming.
This year’s three tracks include the following:

  1. Smart Food Sustainability and Food Security in Freshwater Aquaculture
  2. Sustainable and Efficient Goat Production
  3. Sustainable Mushroom Pharming

General Requirements:
• IPB Students (master/doctoral)
• Submit Recommendation letter from supervisor/head of study program
• Have a passport that is valid for another six months before the departure date
• between the ages of 20-35
• have completed prior courses related to the life sciences
• be proficient in written and spoken English
• demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to community improvement through agricultural innovation

Facilities:
• Registration is free and selected participants will receive full coverage for food, campus tours, accommodation, and airport pick-up from Manila.
• Limited slots for UC Student Travel Grants are available to cover air travel.
